We strive to deliver your order within 48 hours (for locations within city Raipur and Bilaspur State Chhattisgarh in municipal limits) and within 2 – 3 working days (for locations beyond city municipal limits), after realization of payment except for some special orders for which an estimated delivery time is displayed on respective product page. “We reserve the right to cancel orders originating from areas where delivery is not available. We prioritize efficient service and may cancel orders accordingly for smooth operations.”

Occasionally, delivery may take longer time due to bad weather, transportation delays, political or technical disruptions and any other circumstances beyond our reasonable control. In all such cases, we shall not be liable for the delay. However we assure you that our Customer Support Centre will proactively reach out to you and make reasonable endeavor to suitably address the issue related to delay and delivery of your order.

Shipping charges will be calculated based on the weight / cubical volume and shipping address of the order and will be displayed at the time of placing of the order. Shipping charges must be paid in full at the time of placing of order. Shipping is possible on address located in India and on specified PIN codes only. Please check the same before placing the order.

Customer needs to check the billed items against the order at the time of taking delivery. In case of any discrepancy/damage, Member is requested to bring it to the attention to our Customer Support Center within 24 hours from the time of delivery.

If you cancel your complete order before dispatch, shipping charges shall be not refunded to you.

If you wish to return the order delivered to you, it must be in accordance with the return policy. However, in all return cases original shipping charges shall not be refunded to you even if you return only a part of any order delivered to you.

In some cases your order may be delivered to you in parts on different dates and through different modes of deliveries depending upon various factors including our internal processes. We would like to assure you that we will make every attempt to deliver your product(s) as per your order. In case we are unable to deliver any of your order/purchase, we will refund you the payment made towards that item.

Return and Exchange Policy


This Policy allows for the return and exchange of all merchandise except general merchandise within a period of 12 (twelve) working days from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice subject to fulfillment of the conditions prescribed in this Policy.


This Policy allows for the return and exchange of most of general merchandise within a period of 5 (five) working days from the date of purchase as stated on the invoice subject to fulfillment of the conditions prescribed in this Policy. After 5 (five) working days from the date of invoice, the manufacturer’s warranty procedure (if applicable) shall be applicable on such merchandise.

III. Other terms and conditions:

  1. India’s Deal Private Limited (“ Company”) reserves the right to inspect the merchandise and verify the nature and extent of damage prior to processing refunds or exchange under this Policy. The decision of the Company shall be final . The Company shall not entertain any claim or dispute by customer in this regard.
  2. This Policy shall not be applicable where the merchandise is due for expiry within the next 12(twelve) working days.
  3. Invoice must be presented by the member as a proof of purchase at the time of seeking any return or exchange of the merchandise.
  4. Return will be processed only if:
  5. it is determined that the product was not damaged while in the customers possession; due to accident, negligence, misuse or for any other reason;
  6. the product is not different from what was shipped to customer;
  7. the product is returned in original condition (with brand’s/manufacturer’s box, MRP tag intact, user manual, warranty card and all the accessories and freebies (if any) therein) provided with the product;
  8. All refund amounts shall be returned via the same mode in which the Company had received the payment during the purchase by the member.
  9. All approved refunds shall be returned to member within a maximum period of 7 (seven) working days.
  10. This Policy is not applicable for return and exchange of merchandise covered under discount / special price or any other promotion or schemes,
  11. This Policy has been rolled out at the sole discretion of the Company. The Company reserves the right to modify / withdraw this Policy without notice at any time. The decision of the Company in relation to any matter arising out of this Policy shall be final.
  12. In case the merchandise is not available for exchange, the purchase price shall be refunded to the customer.
